Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage incoming sales and service inquiries, schedule appointments, and support both Sales and Service departments to ensure an excellent customer experience and contribute to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments as needed.
  • Coordinate customer inquiries and resolve issues with the appropriate departments.
  • Track sold vehicles and update hot sheets accurately.
  • Confirm the availability of special order parts.
  • Assist in following up on phone and internet sales leads.
  • Maintain paperwork, records, and prepare required documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Positive and friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers, internet, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused work ethic.
